I used to be on Reboxetine but some of the side effects were too much for me. When I looked into Reboxetine a few months ago I found that some researchers felt that combining it with SSRIs was absolutely contra-indicated. But others seemed to think that this combination was a promising avenue and they even had info of the odd case who had done so.

On balance I would be very reluctant to go ahead with an Reboxetine + SSRI combo.

It may be that some of the SSRIs have a different mode of action and are metabolised by different subtypes of the CYP450 enzymes but I do not have any info on that.

Isn't venlafaxine a serotonin and noradrenaline reupatke inhibitor. Is that an option for you? (I didn't get on with it.)

I have moved onto Moclobemide. If that is available where you are then it is (thankfully for my sleep) a less aggressive energiser than Reboxetine and Moclobemide also seems to make me very functional too.
