Celexa and no energy, headache, yawning

40 mg of Celexa going on 3 weeks, with a teeny lift in depression but no energy, foggy head, headache and yawning (plus no relief from anxiety). Should I have started to feel better and should the side effects have dissipated by now? Thanks.
