Give it a try. I found Desyrel made me a little hypomanic for the first few nights, but then worked like a charm. Zoloft is supposed to be one of *the* easy-to-combine meds. . .I wouldn't worry about it. If the trazodone doesn't help, there's lot of other sleep meds.
