Agitation, yes, but it was welcome after the "nothing is worth getting excited about" feeling of depression...

You're going to get different side-effects, tho, I was on Wellbutrin alone not during withdrawals from Effexor. Effexor w/d's are miserable, give it at least a week to get over Effexor before you give up. Effexor w/d's will take a wk or so to go away altogether, and can include dizziness nausea, twitches, fluish feelings, etc.
