Yes they both do. But Neurontin has no affinity for so-called benzodiazepine receptors. In any event, benzos have never cause this problem for me, even at high doses. Maybe it's because their effect is similar to that of alcohol. They are, after all, in the "Sedative-Hypnotic" category. I don't know.
