> Any suggestions?My guess is that that drugs not available in the US are not classified in terms of controlled or not, since they are not recognized by the FDA. Here there are specific steps for how controlled a substance is (e.g., one, two or three category), so I don't think they would bother to classify drugs which are not FDA approved for use. Again, just a guess.
