Need an East Bay, California PDoc

I am looking for a creative, willing to try anything to help me, PDoc in the East Bay (Berkeley area). S/he must be very knowledgeable (and interested) in pharmaceutical approaches to serious, difficult to treat depression. I do not need/want an analyst or someone to talk to at 200/hour. Please help me.
