Even high dose omega-3s have shown some promise in bipolar disorder, but someone will have to find a way to concentrate the fatty acids to formulate a dosage that is more managable and also find some way to keep the user from smelling like a fishing boat.

is fish oil an effective source of omega-3 fatty acids? I have assumed it is but it would be good to get a second oppinion.
