>How about blood shot eyes? Since I've been having these weird stuffy-fuzzy headed feelings my eyes have been more bloodshot. Just one more thing to worry about now.... =(

I had a migraine headache a few weeks back and I started being anxious about it thinking it could be something else. I went to the Doc, they checked me out, bloodwork was perfect, etc. I worried like crazy it could be something like a tumor and I think this worry has aggravated my anxiety problems now so that I'm constantly feeling fuzzy headed. I wake up everyday now worrying that my head is going to feel funny again and when it does I start to panic again. Can generalized anxiety disorder make your head feel somewhat dizzy? I'm in no pain, it's just not feeling right, sorta like a headache with no pain.

I can't think straight, can't speak properly, that sort of thing. The dizziness seems to come from my eyes when i'm feeling it and I've had it checked a hundred times and it's just the anxiety. It's an adrenaline thing. Causes all sorts of neuro and physical reactions. Try writing down your anxiety experinces, try to be detailed, keep a record of the feelings==dizzy, fuzzy, foggy, etc. Might help you to connect the anxiety to something specific. Have you had vitamin or mineral deficiency tests.....hair sample type tests? YOu're anxiety could be caused by something simple like that.

> I feel dizzy and kind of apathetic, it feels like i'm wrapped in to a transparent film that makes the world and people outside look unreal plus i feel much less "lively". It is like being on some kind of anaesthetic.

> Some othet times I felt like i had a lump behind my eyes: i would panic and had racing thoughts about getting blind, etc.
> Physical examinations showed anything of the sort, still, i "felt" that lump and i'd get anxious no matter what.
> Other times i had very unpleasant feelings about my body, concerns that would go far beyond any rational explanation: i would feel like my eyes were "exploding" , like i had a time bomb inside my head, etc...All those terrible feelings were anticipated by a sort of dizziness/numbness.
