aurorix/manerix help!

I have just been prescribed aurorix for panic attacks after having too many side effects from the SSRI's and effexor xr, can anybody let me know their experiences with this med and what side effects i can expect and is there any special diet to consider while taking it? Is it good for treating panic attacks, I'm currently on 20mg paxil but cant seem to stay awake on them.
