Celexa and Panic Attacks

Posted by Greg1 on July 29, 2001, at 1:16:19

Please disregard the previous thread.

Having recently begun taking celexa for depression to
deal with depression induced arythmia, I started experiencing
panic attacks - extreme waves of fear, fluttering and tightness in
the chest and just the general feeling that something was really screwed
up inside. My doctor told me that the panic attacks were
an initial side effect of the celexa and would go away with time.
Anyone have any similar experiences, or input on this?
