Grapefruit juice can make AD more effective?

So does this mean, if the grapefruit juice causes the drug to be absorbed faster, that the AD (or Antihistamines which are also affected by grapefruit juice)?
I mean is taking grapefruit juice immediately before/during/after taking the prescribed does of AD makes the AD work as if you took more dose of AD (Clompiramine, etc)?
