Referrals for pdoc and Nardil augmentation

I am in need of referrals for pdocs/psychopharmacologists in the upper Midwest (e.g. Minnesota, in particular, but Wisconsin as well, and if need be, Iowa or Illinois [Chicago?]) who are willing and experienced with Nardil augmentation therapy. If you have had a positive therapeutic experience with one or more of the aforementioned and are willing to offer a referral, please email me at: jswift@mail.com
