Will there ever be a magical SSRI?

Will there ever be a magical SSRI? One that's effective in treating all of these disorders just like today's ssri's but without all these horrible side effects. Paxil has saved my life and helped my mental disorders greatly but just like everyone else had to discontinue usage because of the terrible side effects. I got everything from herpes simplex and skin rashs to jaw and shoulder displacement from paxil.
Horrible side effects that has led me to start taking wellbutrin sr.
Can't these neurotransmitter imbalances just be fixed without the pain?????!!!!
