I had a psychiatrist tell me that taking inositol (a nutritional supplement--I think one of the B-vitamins) can counteract the "poop-out" of SSRIs. He said it would help the fatigue, carbo-cravings, and apathy. I have not tried this myself, but he gave a pretty eloquent description of the mechanism involved (but I can't remember it--darn!)
