Allergy and Pain meds--interaction?

I take Effexor XR (37.5 mg) and Vioxx (25 mg) and am really having a bad allergy problem (Hay Fever). Anyone know if I can take Sudafed/Reactin/Benadryl or ANYTHING that will help?
