Benefits/Problems with Drug Holidays?

Anyone care to comment on above? I've been having problems with ADs, which many of you know. When I called my pdoc to discuss, he suggested increasing dosages of one or the other. I'm sure he knows more than I do, but I'm feeling a lot of resistance. We meet on Wednesday to discuss. What's the worse that could happen with a drug holiday? XXX, E.
