Whatever amount makes you feel worse instead of better. For me that is a mere 3 or 4 pills a day. One a day is perfect for me, one and a half adds a little more kick, two is borderline of being too much. I'm sure it will vary considerably from person to person, and it will also be greatly affected if other medications are involved.
You got up to 1200mg pretty fast, which to me sounded a bit scary. Keep in mind that Adrafinil tends to show its benefits with continued use over time. It is unlike typical stimulants in that regard. The longer you can stay with it, the better. With that in mind, staying with a small dose for a while is probably a wise strategy.
You already have an above average amount of norepinephrine floating around in your brain, due to the Moclobemide, so it probably won't take much Adrafinil to overdo it. Overdose symptoms might include things like paranoia, excess nervousness, jitteriness, upset stomach, racing heartbeat, excess sweating, muscle cramps, etc.
But to answer your question, I have no idea how much Adrafinil constitutes an overdose. Like I said, whatever amount makes you feel worse instead of better.
