I had a cortisol test. My cortisol tested high but not out of range. If your cortisol is still within range is it still possible to respond to ketoconisol? Unfortunatly I didn't have a Dexmethesone Suppression Test.
Is one dose of ketokonisol enough to know or does it sometimes take weeks?
