I have taken Wellbutrin for 2+ years. Your taste perception may be due to the cotton-mouth effect common to WB. Try to drink a lot more water, and perhaps you will not be as sensitive to that effect. As to tremor, I'm afaid that doesn't seem to abate over time. However, I have found that knowing that it is a side effect of WB as opposed to some other problem makes it tolerable. You will also, most likely, have trouble sleeping, and will also most likely lose weight, which is one good side effect (unless you are already thin). Overall, it is a good AD med.
