> ThanksHi. I don't think what you ate for dinner would cause the reaction you had unless it just takes longer for your body to adjust to new medicines. Also, I've never heard of Parnate dosage being related to weight. I was on 40mg for many years, but in recent years have had to go up to 80mg (no, my weight hasn't doubled). I've just gotten the go ahead to go up to 120mg on a gradual basis. That should be interesting. Anyway, good luck. Parnate works very well for a lot of us.
