> I may feel fine now. However, when I talk to people outside of my home, I suffer confusion, increased heartrate, severe nervousness, shaking, nausea, and mild fever. When I think of something to do with the outside world, it brings on the these conditions. When ANYONE stresses me out, I suffer the SAME conditions. Could this be a form of serotonin syndrome?

I would be very surprised if it were. What is the condition being treated with these medications, and in particular why are you taking the Cogentin?

Also, did you take your temperature (and if so what was it), or do you just feel feverish?
