Serzone as sleepmed.....need advice, please!

Hi! What a great board! You people seems like knowing a lot. I am Swedish, so pardon my english.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to fight insomnia with Serzone? Dosage and when to take it?

Hope for some advice on this one, Serzone seems like the right thing for me.
