i downloaded some interesting stuff from prescorn.com, a mental health site. They broke down all antidepressants, and what chemicals they hit at lower and higher doseages. for example,
Out of the ssri's, zoloft is the most potent seratonin increaser.
Effexor is very potent seratonin increaser, at low doses, at higher, norepinephrine, and even higher, domamine. Very strong med
Remeron, at low doses hits histamine recepters, at mid dose, seratonin 5ht2a, and at max doses, norepinephrine.
Serzone, is a wear 5ht2a and norepninephine
Reboxotine and desipramine, are selective norepininphrine uptakes.
welbutrin, hits mainly dopamine, and poss norepinephrien.
they also break down all different types of neurotransmitters and sub receptors:

Seratonin 5hta1- antidepressant effects, loss of libido, anxiety, insomnia,nausea
seratonin 5ht2a- antidepressant effects, improves sleep, sedation,
seratonin 5ht3- hunger appetite antinausea

norepinephrine a-1, sedation,
norepinephrine a-2, increased libido

Dopamine D1 -D2- increased libido, alertness, energy
