Irratibility is the most common side effect, along
with insomnia. Vision problems are not uncommon
either with dopaminergic drugs (wellbutrin is
similar to stimulants, raising dopamine and
norephinephrine.Sounds like your idea to discuss with doc about
roughing out the edges is good one! I think
Remeron might help. It certainly should help with
sleep, but as for irratibility it could either
decrease or increase it I think - defitely worth
a try!!!A very very low dose of SSRI might help also,
and if a low dose is enough Xanax can work
very well with stimulants to boost mood without
giving up the benefits of the the stimulant
or stimulant like med.Just some thoughts...
