Hi Lawrence and Don.

Thanks for reminding me that this drug was still floating around. When I looked in on it last, I was struck by the fact that it was being studied almost exclusively for ADD/AD-HD. I don't think initial trials showed it to be particularly effective for depression. It is sort of a cousin to reboxetine in that both are pretty much restricted to norepinephrine (NE) reuptake inhibition. It doesn't seem that reboxetine is living up to its promise with respect to depression. I don't see that many people responding well to it.
