Hi:

I am no expert, but since Paxil and Clomipramine both affect the reuptake of serotonin, it may be possible you are suffering side-effects of too much serotonin, or maybe something like the "Serotonin Syndrome". Anyhow, you should get to your doc, a walk-in clinic, or even emergency room asap, as you shouldn't be walking around with those feelings. In other words...get help right away!
