Dear Simcha,
I agree that everyone is different, and that person with OCD may need a higher dose of an SSRi.
All I was trying to say to Genelowery was to decrease her dose until her body adjusted to the drugs effect. Then when the dizziness and shaking went away, she could resume her titration up to 20 mgs or more. Again, I think it's good to start at a low dose and go up slow, so the body can adjust. Some people take longer to adjust than others. But again this is just my humble opinion.Celexa comes in a liquid form, so I am able to take small amount without having to cut up pills into atoms!
Sorry you are having sexual side effects from Celexa. That is the pits. But at least it sounds like you have an understanding b/f.
