Yeah you want to go with the anti-psychotics
like rispideral,zyprexa,olanzapine, and friends.

The others were steering you in the right direction.
Zyprexa seems like a good choice. Most of these
meds will curb anxiety and probably alleviate the
paranoia at higher doses. You can even
take these with the SSRI's to get a more robust
response. They would likely help with any
SSRI induced anxiety.

I was wondering if you were ever prescribed
a stimulant like Adderall in order to help
with social anxiety/phobia? Sometimes they
make you more out going but can lead to
paranoia.
