Anyone ever experience anything like this with severe depression? And also I could try to think of something. Like say a tv show. This tv show in my mind would appear frightening as well. I am stopping my Celexa medication. I feel without a doubt it has been making my depression worse.

Perhaps this symptom is part of a certain specific type of depression which may be better suited being treated by some specific class of medication. Anyone have any ideas? I have been made significantly worse by many anti depressants. Expecially SSRI's. Thanks for reading.
I had the exact same thing happen to me when I was on 100mgs. Zoloft and 2mgs. Risperdal. It's funny that you would mention lamp, because I freaked out looking at a lava lamp! I would also see scary faces in my kitchen cabinets and all kinds of creepy stuff! When I got off the Risperdal and cut the Zoloft to 50mgs., that all went away. Have'nt had ANY paranoia since! These drugs are SCARY! Good luck!
