star-D and citalopram?

Why start with cytalopram in this
star-D program? I hope this
is this because of its lack of
interactions with other meds, and
not Forest Labs marketing/sales team
which throws extravagant parties for
psychiatrists (according both to my pdoc
and a close pharmacist friend).
