Why do you feel you have an excess of dopamine? Have you had a spinal tap or other tests?

Zyprexa helps some people with anxiety or agitation, but in general it's not an anxiolytic. The name "major tranquilizer," which has been used in the past to refer to antipsychotic drugs such as this one, is misleading: it's not simply a stronger version of Xanax.

Zyprexa is not an effective medication for panic disorder or social phobia.

Neurontin can help with some types of mood swings.
