I've tested my cortisol levels--serum and saliva. Saliva test was I think by BodySmart and is available on the internet. Mine showed no heightened cortisol, except at bedtime. There is also the cortisol suppression test. Although I know little of it. I think there is a problem taking these tests when you are on meds because I think the meds affect these indicators. So you may have a cortisol problem but your meds are affecting it and so it doesn't show up....
