hi. are these two herbs safe to take with reversible MAOI's though? I plan to try Moclobemide soon. If not that then Remeron.

I need to be on it throughout the winter because my resistance to colds can be low when I get stressed.

> All of these herbs usually require constant dosing for weeks before you see any benefit. Your body chemistry may affect how you react to the herbs. Watch out for any allergic reactions you might have. (Like rashes, itching, hives, or difficulty breathing.) If you experience an allergic reaction it is adviseable to get profession medical help as soon as possible. (ie. Emergency room.)

Remember that these are drugs too and that some of them are very potent. There are side effects from herbs too that you must factor into the equation if you are using psychotropic meds.

Has this herb helped anyone here with such problems? And how long did it take to work? I read how Ginko is supposed to help with blood circulation to the brain or something.

And yesterday night I took some American Ginseng Tea. Perhaps it helped? Probably not but today I seem to be doing slightly better in that regard. Maybe it's just my meds.
