I actually don't find Serzone sedating, and I take it along with Zoloft and Lamictal (just recently added it because when I took it in the past it kept my weight under control, and seems to be helping again--never did make me especially tired). I was already doing well on Lamictal, I'm not seeing any particular difference with the Serzone, but I'm not taking very much.

I am med sensitive, and seem to get fatigued by almost all the drugs out there (all the SSRIs, antipsychotics, even stimulants after a few days will poop out and leave me exhausted.)
