I dont like the idea of Viagra because it isnt paid by the assurance and doesnt fix the problem really.
I guess its caused by dopamineergic downregulation which could be a long term effect of SSRI or an increase in prolactin as well (fewer dopamine = fewer prolactin).
Is weight gain usual under paroxetine as sedation as well ?
