seroquel cause pale skin color?

I seem to have more white blood cells, more white dots when I look at my palm. My skin seems to turn a bit more pale. Does seroquel cause this condition? Is this a serious condition? Will the lack of white blood cell eventually lead to fatal internal infection?
Does anyone experient the same thing?
