FWIW, while I was on Neurontin, not only did I not have any OCD thoughts, but I also had changes in my "ethical" behaviors that I never associated with my OCD. I was quite shocked at myself. I normally try not to eat mammals, especially pigs, and in the week I was on Neurontin I ate pork twice. Of course, I was only on Neurontin one week and that side effect may have worn off with time.
