I haven't combined tegetrol with Serzone.
But Serzone has been combined with SSRI's
to couteract their side effects like sexual
dysfunction, agitation, insomnia.

My pdoc wants to add Tegretol as an augmentation strategy before switching back to the SSRIs which have worked in the past, but had the usual side effects (Serzone has no significant side effects for me- oh the irony!). I can find a lot on the net for Tegretol as a mood stabilizer in bipolar disease, but there is little on its use in unipolar depression. Anyone have any experience or info on use of Tegretol in unipolar depression and or anxiety? More specifically, anyone tried the combination of Tegretol and Serzone?
