Jah,FWIW, I found that Trileptal (oxcarbazepine) had a definite AD effect for me (it seemed to *increase* attentiveness). I just couldn't stand the nausea. Maybe oxcarbazepine isn't available in the UK just yet? Maybe you could tolerate it?
