Personally I find sudafed to give me quite a nice energy inducing effect. I think everyone reacts differently. Depends also how much of a boost youre looking to get! :) But I dont use it that often for that. In the end too much is not good for the sinuses on a long term basis.
Thats all well and good 3Beer but I read the label on the Bronkaid and it says you should only take it if you have Asthma. Im sure they have to say that but is there any evidence that you or anyone knows of, of bad side affects etc from someone taking it who does not have asthma?
