Jack, I have also in the past, been on SSRI's...Prozac, and Zoloft. My experience? Neither one sedated me, actually I felt 'nothing' different when on either of them, not even when my dosage was raised.

I know too, that after the big "Fen-Phen" scare with dieters that people were taking the Prozac with the Phentermine!! That would just lead me to believe that some people must get energy from it....???

Hope this helps somewhat. I gave the SSRI's a chance, and they failed me...I've also been on Serzone, Remeron, Celexa, and many others.

P.L.

> Thanks guys, but I was looking for drugs along the line of SSRI's. I remember reading in a post from a while back that Prozac made people feel like they were "cushioned" or in a little "cocoon". Oh well, thanks anyway.
