Hi Petey, that sounds awful. How long off zoloft now? I was also experiencing nausea, facial pain, pressure on the roof of my mouth, neck pain and spasms around the right side of my head in addition to the ear pain for the longest time when I stopped. Finally things have subsided except that the ringing in my ear seems to elevate when I try any other non benzo med. I'm ok if I stick with lorazepam. Keep in touch,
