That's what we Effexor veterans call "brain swoosh". I usually only get it when I don't take my dosage on time, or when I've decreased dosage in an attempt to wean off of the drug.

If your side effects have lasted this long, are consistent, and are at the point of scaring you, call your doctor and let him/her know about it! Maybe Effexor isn't right for you.
