You sound like you're up there, so I hope you see your pdoc soon. Yes you can get manic on wellbutrin (I have) and neurontin is NOT a first line mood stabilizer, so essentially you are taking an AD w/o a mood stabilizer which is a recipe for mania. Are you BP1 or 2? I'm hoping 2, so I don't have to worry about you landing up in the hospital. As good as you feel right now, please call your shrink or therapist. Take care, judy
