polypharmacy concerns

Diagnosis of bipolar. Medications are depakote, ambien, soma, pamelor, trazodone, zyprexa, effexor, lortab, premarin, synthroid, klonopin. Concerned about drug interactions but the site i plug into just says to use with caution, whatever that means. Too many drugs? Been in detox unit before for benzo addiction. Feel zonked out.
