No...liquid oxygen is the real deal. Its hard to find actually. Its a sports aid. Ive never actually taken any before but Ive read all about this. The idea was originally developed in Nazi Germany as an aide for overworked factory workers...to energize them. Then after the war some of these Nazi scientists who developed the idea went to the USSR where they became Soviet sports scientists and they developed all kinds of chemical aids for Soviet Olympic athletes, steroids, chemical aids to recovery from heavy exercise, etc.The liquid oxygen was developed as a result of this and gradually came into use among Olympic athletes, particularly from the former USSR and Warsaw Pact countries. Gradually it came here and IF you can find liquid oxygen drinks here, its a good bet to feel energized for a few hours or maybe an afternoon. Its safe and it does work.
Its basically the same idea of athletes breathing pure oxygen for energy, but you drink it instead.
