This seems to be fairly common in many people, but not all. I don't know whether it may be an unconscious placebo effect or simply the body reacting to the increase, but the initial good feeling isn't the one that lasts.

If a person's going to improve on an increase dosage, it'll take a week to 3 weeks before the effects are to be trusted.
