You might try augmenting w/ Remeron at night, though that may make you -too- sleepy. Ambien is a benzo-like hypnotic that will work for a little while, though I don't recomend it for long term every night usage...You -could- take a benzo like klonopin or xanax, but for sleep I don't recomend this as a long term solution.... The xanax especially will build up tollerance...
You might also try an AD like Zyprexa which seems to help me sleep very well... 5mg to 10mg at night before bedtime and I usually do not wake up until the alarm goes off, and yes I do have a history of sleeping disorders...
I'm unfamiliar w/ the meds you are on, so you might ask your doctor if any of the meds I've mentioned would be appropriate for you.
