open your eyes.You can win. All you have to do is show that the Dr. was below the professional standards in giving you ADs. And you must get another Dr. to testify to such. Now that would be like gettng a Democrat to testify against Clinton. Unless they resort to exorcism, whatever they did was kosher in the minds of the law. If they gave you too much of the drug, you can win. I would like you to win, others would like you to win, but you will have to overcome the law which protects the psychiatric profession in prescribing psychotropic drugs. There is a case making its way through the courts at this time to challlenge just what you are challenging. If they win, then psychotropic drugs will not be allowed to be given at all. This may be good. I have a liftime condition bought to me courtesy of being prescribed an AD even when I told the Dr. that I was allergic to that class of drugs. When I went to another Dr. to complain, the Dr. said, "Sh** happens". This forum is about drugs and you have a right to bring this to the group. If you are disfellowshipped from the group, that would be a great loss to Babbledom.
